I have been a UX and service designer for more than 10 years, initially designing digital tools for HR, finance and chemical trading firms before social impact work at the BBC and NHS.

I increase the impact of my work through educating others, founding the BBC's service design training and facilitating in the Healthcare and Design Masters at Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art.
