Click the book button, book onto one of the three practices, on payment you will be given the option to just pay for one class (£13.50) or to pay for all three classes and the ball ticket combined (£77.50)

What is the Simply Ballroom Ball?

What costume do I need?
For the performance the theme will be bright coloured tassle/fringe for girls and plan black trousers and t shirt/shirt for men.
If you want to buy some fringe trousers or a skirt then they have them quite cheaply on Shein etc. but I'm also happy for you to choose what in your wardrobe is the closest alternative or route around in a charity shop. It is a great excuse to dress up in a costume but equally I don't want the costume to be a blocker for participation.

For the rest of the ball evening outside our performance people usually change into a sparkly party outfit.
I don't have a partner to bring, can I take part?
Yes it is fine to come on your own and in my experience people have done so previously. If you come alone you can choose to do the moves solo without a partner, or to partner up with someone else (likely another girl :-) )
Is it for beginners?
Yes, but not complete beginners! If you have not tried dancing before but want to join I suggest coming to one of my group classes in addition to the performance rehearsals, either in C lapham on a Wednesday or Pineapple (Covent Garden) on a Sunday.
What style of dance will we do?
Most of the choreo will be latin, likely Samba/Cha Cha, will try to weave in a bit of Ballroom, likely either Foxtrot or Tango. Im aiming for a couple of showstoppers, lifts dips/tricks.
I can't make one of the practices, can I still participate?
Yes no problem but I think you need to attend at least 2!
I booked the package but there is no ticket
There are no physical tickets to the ball, the organisers will have your name on a list when you arrive.
